Upon entering the shop, kindly remove your shoes or utilize the provided shoe coverings at the entrance. Please be considerate of fellow clients and refrain from speaking loudly when others are present. Rest assured that your presence is acknowledged, even if you are not immediately greeted upon arrival. Note that sessions may occasionally exceed the allotted time. If you choose to bring a cell phone, please ensure it is turned off or silenced until you exit the premises.
Please be advised of the following policies: A 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee, with the exception of a genuine emergency. Repeated last-minute cancellations will require a nonrefundable $20 deposit. No-Shows will not be rescheduled unless there was an extenuating circumstance. All credit card or debit card payments will be subjected to a small service fee.
